Terms & Conditions – 92dodo Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 92dodo platform ("Platform"), you ("Player", "User", "You") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You and 92dodo ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our").

If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of 92dodo following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 92dodo, You must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 92dodo strictly does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21. Age verification documents will be requested and must be provided before any withdrawal is processed.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not a current or former employee of 92dodo or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an account terminated or suspended by 92dodo for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under any form of duress, undue influence, or compulsion.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 92dodo. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at 92dodo's sole discretion, and any balances or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current registration information at all times.

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92dodo account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not You personally authorised such activity.

92dodo reserves the right to request identity verification ("KYC" — Know Your Customer) documentation at any time. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months), and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal holds and may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: 92dodo accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 92dodo does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in Your verified name. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources will be reversed without exception.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit and that is registered in Your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals are ordinarily processed within 24 hours of a verified request, subject to KYC clearance. 92dodo reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding PKR 50,000 or where fraud indicators are present.

Withdrawal Restrictions: No withdrawal will be processed until: (i) the player's KYC verification is complete; (ii) any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met; and (iii) the withdrawal amount does not exceed the verified source of funds. Any attempt to withdraw funds that have been deposited but not wagered at least once may result in a processing fee equivalent to applicable payment gateway charges.

• Withdrawals to unverified payment accounts are not permitted.
• 92dodo is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.
• Players who have self-excluded may not make withdrawal requests during the exclusion period except through the formal account closure process.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

92dodo offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general provisions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonuses awarded by 92dodo are subject to a wagering requirement of not less than 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds may be requested. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots generally contribute 100%, live dealer games contribute 10%, and sports bets contribute 100% at minimum odds of 1.50.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer.
• 92dodo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another player account.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance.

6. Gameplay & Fair Play

All casino games available on 92dodo utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect long-term statistical averages. Individual session results will vary and past outcomes have no bearing on future results.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during gameplay, all affected bets and game rounds are considered void. 92dodo is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control. Where a malfunction results in a displayed win that is inconsistent with the game's published paytable, the displayed win is void and will not be paid.

• Players must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Any strategy or technique that exploits a software vulnerability or mathematical error constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Live dealer game outcomes are final once the dealer has announced the result and the round is closed.
• 92dodo reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, including wagers placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a system error.

7. Sports Betting Rules

92dodo's sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, international bilateral series, and ICC tournaments), football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sports as listed on the Platform. All sports betting is subject to the general Terms herein as well as sport-specific and market-specific rules published on the Platform.

Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL fixtures, the ICC for international cricket). In the event of an abandoned, postponed, or incomplete event, the following rules apply: (i) cricket matches reduced to a minimum of 5 overs per side will be settled on DLS method results; (ii) all other incomplete events will be voided and stakes returned unless markets have been explicitly designated as "action regardless" in the offer terms.

• Minimum bet: PKR 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of placing.
• 92dodo reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including bets from players identified as professional or advantage gamblers.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to network connectivity. 92dodo is not responsible for bets not received due to internet interruption on the player's side.
• Duplicate or multi-entry accumulators that include correlated outcomes may be restricted or voided.
• Any bet placed after an event's official start time without live in-play designation will be voided.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 92dodo. Violation of any item below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen credit or debit cards, or funds derived from illegal activities.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity designed to obscure the origin of funds.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Using software tools, bots, or scripts to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 92dodo staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access parts of the Platform not intended for general user access, including administrative interfaces.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits that have been wagered. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.

9. Responsible Gaming

92dodo is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. Gambling should never be considered a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

92dodo provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 92dodo Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, interface design, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 92dodo or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 92dodo.

Game content provided by third-party software providers (including slot titles, live dealer feeds, and virtual sports simulations) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is licensed to 92dodo for use on the Platform. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92dodo, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other loss arising from technical failures, third-party actions, or force majeure events.

92dodo's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Suspension & Termination

92dodo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the player or their bank.
• A request by a payment processor, regulatory authority, or law enforcement agency.
• The player's self-exclusion request or responsible gaming intervention.

Upon account closure for cause, 92dodo reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established within 60 days of closure, verified balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method, less any applicable fees.

14. Amendments

92dodo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification at least 7 days prior to taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory instruction. The current version of the Terms is always available on this page, with the effective date displayed prominently. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92dodo holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 92dodo's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. Players retain the right to seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction pending the outcome of arbitration.

92dodo's internal complaints process requires that all complaints be submitted in writing to the support team in the first instance. 92dodo will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a final response within 14 business days.
